Emergency First Response (EFR) Courses- CPR & First Aid

We are an approved Emergency First Response (EFR) training center. Our EFR courses provide you with a PADI certificate in CPR & first aid, valid for two years. The training follows global best practices in CPR, AED, and first aid.

How it works

Minimum age: 8+

2 parts: Online learning + Practical session

After booking, you’ll receive a PADI email to log in or create an account

• Online learning - must be completed before attending the practical:
  • Takes 5–8 hours (depending on reading speed & prior knowledge)
  • Complete all modules + Primary & Secondary Care exams.
  • No minimum passing score.
• Practical session:
  • Choose your date via the calendar
  • Full Courses are 6.5 hours (with a break), or split over 2 days. Arrange with your instructor

Younger students:

• Must use their own email address
• If support is needed for the online portion, we can arrange a guided online study session with an instructor, followed by the practical on a separate day (an additional KD20 fee applies).

Course Options:

• Full EFR Course: 6.5 hours (in one full day or split over two days)

• EFR Refresher Course: 4 hours

• CPR & AED Only Course: 3 hours

Groups Discount:

• 10% discount automatically applied on bookings of 2 or more participants (excluding refresher courses)
