Cancellation, Rescheduling & No Show |
· Full Refund or Rescheduling: More than 2 weeks. · Rescheduling Only: 1 to 2 weeks. The new date must be within 2 months of the original course date. · No Refunds or Rescheduling: Less than 1 week or for no-shows, regardless of the reason. · Withdrawal from the Course: If a participant chooses to withdraw before completing the course, no refund will be issued for the remaining sessions. The remaining value cannot be transferred or used for another activity or participant. |

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the missed briefing will not be repeated, and the boat may have already left the marina. Missed sessions due to late arrival are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled or credited. |

Due to Weather: · The session will be rescheduled for the next scheduled class. Refunds will not be provided for weather-related cancellations, as these are beyond our control. · Only the instructor determines whether the weather is safe for the session. Participants may not cancel or refuse to attend due to weather concerns unless the instructor has officially declared the session unsafe. Operational Reasons: · If a class is canceled due to operational issues or the unavailability of the instructor for any reason, the class will be rescheduled, and a complimentary session will be credited to your balance · If the cancellation affects two or more classes in the course, participants have the right to request a full refund should they choose not to continue. |
